Booking Policies
- Rates above do not include mandatory taxes and service charge.
- Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to arrival, a full refund less $100.00USD + 9% hotel tax to cover room processing fee.
- Cancellations received within 45 to 59 days prior to arrival, receive a 50% refund per room.
- Cancellations received 44 days or less prior to arrival, receive no refund.
- No refunds will be given for unused package portions, accommodations, meals, transfers or tours during your stay.
- No refunds will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing, or tours. Land cost is quoted as a package and credits are not given for services not used.
- Children under 12 stay free in same room same bed as adult. One child per adult.
- A roll away bed can be added to a room for an additional fee of $50.00USD+ 9% hotel tax. One bed per unit.
- For additional persons over 12, service charge and hotel tax is added on top of the $100.00USD.
